Our Policies Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase from AlternativeGreetingCards.com, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days from the shipping date. You may return any unopened, unused merchandise for a full refund within 30 days after AlternativeGreetingCards.com shipped (the shipping date) the merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in the condition that it was received and include any documentation including a copy of the electronic receipt. Damaged items will be replaced with the same or similar item. Before returning any merchandise to AlternativeGreetingCards.com, you must call Customer Service at 203.267.7139 or click here to send us an email to arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No merchandise will be accepted for return without a RMA. If you ship merchandise to AlternativeGreetingCards.com without a RMA, it will be refused and may be returned to you at your expense. You will receive a full refund for any merchandise returned under this guarantee. You must arrange and pay for return shipping when you return merchandise, and, unless you insure the merchandise, you accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Shipping Policy Preferred shipping for all items shipped within the United States is U.S. Priority Mail. Please contact Customer Service if you need to make other arrangements. |
